Teertha started to play by winning super series Lucknow, Sharanpur and winning national under 16 doubles in Mumbai nationals she started to play under 16 and stood third in Mumbai nationals . she was the runner up in super series Pune.
Teertha lead Indian team in World Juniors in Jakartha in April and their performance was commedable, agian she was the captain for Indian team in Kuching Malaysia in Asian Juniors competed by 32 nations.
In summer she played Windmill cup Netherlands, German open in Colongne, French Junior cup in France her performance was outstanding and her rank in Europe was moved from 1389 to 121 with four tournaments

Teertha came back to India in April and started with Asians in Colombo she stood runner up in singles and two winners in doubles.
she started to play asians in kuching Malaysia, Manila phillippines, Dhaka Bangladesh and in banglore in India last she played super asians in Bahrain for two consecutive weeks. In indian tournaments she was the winner in National doubles in Delhi.
Her rank moved from 223 to 2 in asia in the six months and in under 14 she moved to 1 in six months.
Teertha started to play Indian tournaments by winning notable trophies like super series tatanagar, championship series mumbai. superseries in Delhi.
she was the number 1 in under 12 for the whole year she was the national winner in mumbai nationals.
after that she went back to usa to bolletterri aqnd won the tournaments like angel marie lopera, longwood, tampa open, seminole super series tec.
Teerthas performance in the indian tennis circuit was commendable.
Her ranking in under 12 girlshas jumped from 184 to 3 and in under 14 782 to 19 in the national rankings.she waon tournaments like talent series in hyderabad delhi, bhuvaneswar and kakinada
Teertha has been training as a full time student. acheivements started to take place by playing the major big tournaments like bolletterri junior championships to rookie tournaments teerthahas already hogged the limelight at the bollettierri championnship,longwood series,transmart and seminole tournaments in america.
After a stinct in nick bolletterri teertha came to india for one year.
she took part in the fta open tournament and new grand open.having won both the tournaments, she started to take part in aita tournaments.
In the year 2004 august teertha left to nick bolletterri tennis academy florida, usa run by img academies a world famous academy which offers professional coaching in tennis.
World famous players like agassi, jim courier, boris becker, maria sharapova,martina hingis ,tommy haas william sisters etc.
In the year 2003 teertha started her career in hyderabadwith pk jain at the age of 7, she playedtremendously and gained exposure by winning the junior tournaments organised by kiran tennis academy and various hyderabad tournaments.
